Cobblestone Creek Country Club is seeking a reliable, and passionate individual to join the Outside Golf Operations staff in a senior leadership role. The candidate must be team-oriented and a self-starter and passionate about delivering exceptional member and guest experiences in a private club atmosphere. This is a part-time position with the primary responsibilities to include providing excellent customer service to members and guests daily and assisting with all aspects of the golf operation..
**Looking for a senior leader, potentially a retiree. College students and students/athletes are also a perfect fit for this role. **
Experience Required
Your position reports to the Outside Operations Manager and is expected to assist in all day-to-day outside operations of the Golf Department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Experience Required
- Golf and/or guest service experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of the game of golf.
- The ability to work multiple days during the week to include morning and afternoon shifts. Some weekends and holidays if possible.
Your position reports to the Outside Operations Manager and is expected to assist in all day-to-day outside operations of the Golf Department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of the daily outside operations to ensure every member and guest has the best golf experience possible.
- The position requires some heavy lifting of golf bags, along with additional physical daily capabilities.
- Assisting with daily set up and staging of golf car fleet
- Assisting and ensuring set up of driving range and practice areas.
- Cleaning and storage of the golf car fleet.
- Cleaning and storage of member golf clubs.
- Responsible for open and closing procedures.
- Perform other duties if needed.
- Cobblestone Creek golf playing privileges based on available tee times.
- Meals provided during shifts.
- Uniforms provided for the season.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
