Minimum Requirements - MUST HAVE BUSINESS AND FINANCE KNOWLEDGE •Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course •Recent previous experience as a Senior Assistant Manager with Food & Beverage responsibilities in a large restaurant/bar/banqueting property of a 4/5* standard, preferably in Ireland •Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. FLUENT ENGLISH is essential •Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Food & Beverage role including bars, conference & banqueting, kitchen and restaurant management •On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply •Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) All information given to Future Focus Ltd is under the strictest understanding that the content is confidential.
