Two Eagles Golf Course & Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an office administrator. As the first point of contact for the club, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.
Summary of Position:
As an Office Admin at Two Eagles Golf Course & Academy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the course and club facilities. Your primary responsibility will be managing the golf course's administrative functions, including scheduling tee times, coordinating event bookings with the restaurant, and assisting in Academy program registrations. You will also manage the club's accounting and financial functions, including processing payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and ordering office supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
- Performs various secretarial duties for the department managers, such as filing, answering phones, taking messages, preparing quotes, scheduling meetings, handling information requests, and other tasks.
- Support management and staff in the day-to-day operations.
- Assists in coordinating and helping in tournaments and events.
- Manages communication between the golf course and the restaurant.
- Manages all employee security information and passcodes.
- Daily entry of sales data.
- Assist in month-end and bank reconciliation.
- Bank deposit/errand runs and maintaining petty cash flow.
- Prepares and manages all junior membership applications.
- Arrangement and updated records for monthly and annual maintenance around the facility.
- Distributes daily mail and maintains a filing system to include databases.
- Completes special projects and related duties as assigned by the department managers. Develops and maintains current office procedures.
- Organizational skills to assist multiple employees and customers simultaneously with various tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including, but not limited to, the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, are strongly preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time.
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
- Leadership skills to take control of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary.
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
