Job summary:

Serve as a leader to manage day-to-day golf course operations and act as a liaison between golf caddies and golf Guests

Essential functions:

• Open/close golf operations for day
• Check-in caddies and distribute pertinent information about designated group and on course events
• Check-out caddies and ensure rental, member, and Guest bags are properly cleaned and stored and carts are clean and staged
• Maintain rental, Guest, and member club inventory
• Oversee and maintain pace of play
• Organize and delegate tasks for event set up and tear down
• Motivate, lead and encourage team during shift
• Provide golf Guests with an exceptional experience

Skills and abilities desired:

• Solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Resolve conflict and de-escalate situations when necessary
• Ability to work comfortably in a loud and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be comfortable managing and leading people
• Must be able to work in high stress environment
• Knowledge of golf is preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
• High school degree or equivalent educational experience preferred

• Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment

• Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.

• Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

• Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO:

• 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)

• 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

• Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
