JOB SUMMARY: Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience
This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients
Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConducts innovative tour-level fitting experiencesReads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting processOversees customer relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio and personal clientsMaintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standardsOperate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft OfficeBuilds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industryUtilize relational selling methods to grow business metricsPerforms other duties as assignedClub Champion, an equal opportunity employer, is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants
