Sea Island Mini Golf & Arcade is looking for a friendly and responsible Part-Time Shift Manager to help lead our team and keep each shift running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills, gain valuable experience in hospitality and entertainment, and become an important part of a fun, supportive workplace culture. Our team works together to create a clean, safe, welcoming environment where both guests and employees can have a great time. Pay: $18/hour to start. Opportunity for a pay increase after 30 days based on performance. Expected schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week What You’ll Do ● Open and close the facility according to company procedures ● Lead, support, and provide direction to staff during assigned shifts ● Set a positive example through excellent customer service and teamwork ● Serve beer and wine responsibly in accordance with South Carolina laws and company policies ● Monitor guest satisfaction and help resolve customer concerns professionally ● Oversee mini golf, food, beverage, and arcade operations ● Take or assist with mini golf, food, and beverage orders as needed ● Ensure tables, dining areas, arcade areas, and the facility remain clean and organized ● Perform occasional routine mini golf course maintenance and upkeep ● Handle basic cash and point-of-sale responsibilities ● Help maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and staff ● Complete shift duties, including restocking and securing the facility ● Assist with training and supporting team members as needed ● Help with other operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly What We’re Looking For ● Previous supervisory, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred ● Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality ● Reliable, dependable, and willing to lead by example ● Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ● Ability to motivate and support staff in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment ● Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions ● A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed ● South Carolina server certification is a plus ● Must be at least 21 years old to serve beer and wine ● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Our Team? ● Be part of a fun, family-friendly local business ● Work in an upbeat environment centered around entertainment and hospitality ● Build valuable leadership, customer-service, and operations experience ● Enjoy opportunities for growth and increased responsibility ● Work alongside a supportive team that values reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude ● Make a meaningful impact on the guest experience every shift If you’re a responsible leader who enjoys working with people and wants to grow with a fun local business, apply today to join the Sea Island Mini Golf & Arcade team!
