Job Description: Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of technical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions. Perform repairs and coordinate with external technicians or contractors when necessary.
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for clubhouse events, meetings, and presentations.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Ensure that HVAC systems and environmental controls are functioning correctly to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
- Manage inventory of technical supplies, replacement parts, and tools. Keep an organized inventory and order necessary supplies when low.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on technical equipment.
- Keep records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. Provide regular reports and updates to clubhouse management on technical equipment status.
- Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, and contractors for technical system repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education or certifications are preferred).
- Proven experience in technical equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of audiovisual systems, lighting, sound systems, security systems, and HVAC controls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with clubhouse staff and external contractors.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
