The position of Maintenance Person is responsible for performing a wide range of simple to complex jobs at Peacock Gap that ensure the facilities are properly maintained and in optimum condition on an ongoing basis.

SUMMARY:
The position of Maintenance Person is responsible for performing a wide range of simple to complex jobs at Peacock Gap that ensure the facilities are properly maintained and in optimum condition on an ongoing basis.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- $15.50-$18.90 per hour, based on relevent experience to the role. Full-time hours.

- Complimentary golf.
- Ability to conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Perform painting, carpentry and masonry work where needed.
- Have familiarity with the tools and equipment used in the repair and maintenance of kitchen, plumbing, electrical and Golf Course Equipment.
- Perform tasks in a reasonable amount of time.
- Maintains clean and safe work areas.
- Conducts preventative maintenance on major equipment with logs noting service, for large pieces of equipment.
- Communicates status of projects, fixes, work to the Course Superindendent, together with needed supplies.
- Ensures that company and club standards of quality and service are met.
- Is responsive to requests for repair.
- Manages time effectively.
- Other duties supporting the operation may be assigned.
- Strong and effective skills in performing repair and maintenance tasks.
- Hands on experience in performing electrical and plumbing work.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in repairing and maintenance work.
- Conversant with performing preventative maintenance to ensure breakdowns do not occur.
- Investigate potential problems and manage solutions accordingly.
- Has knowledge of the game of Golf.
- Possesses efficient written and oral communication skills.
- Possesses a professional appearance.
- Possess solid time management skills.
- Has the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
