Job Description: POSITION PURPOSE: The Leisure & Golf Sales Executive will be part of a highly motivated Sales team and support the Leisure & Golf Sales Manager in developing and maintaining Leisure and Golf accounts through different Sales actions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMarket research: Conducting market research to identify trends and potential opportunities for sales and marketing efforts.Sales Support: Providing support to the Sales Manager which may include proactively uncovering new prospects, attending trade shows, organizing and conducting fam trips and site visits, ensuring maintenance and development of contracted accounts in the segments, etc.Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on sales and marketing performance.Data management: Maintain customer databases, sales records, and marketing materials.Marketing assistance within Leisure channels: Support the Sales Manager with marketing actions to be done through Tour operators and other third parties within the leisure segment.Golf Events & Tournaments: Assisting in the promotion and coordination of golf events and tournaments by leveraging the different outlets available at the golf courses to enhance customer engagement and maximize business opportunities.What's in it for you:Career enhancement opportunities in a fast-growing international brand.Explore rates across Marriott Int.
