Position: Lead Outside Services Attendant (Full-time) - Two Open Positions
Overview: The Lead Outside Services Attendant plays a key role in assisting the Director of Operations with Back Shop operations and ensuring excellent Member and Guest outside services at Golden Golf Club. Reporting directly to the Assistant Golf Professionals, who in turn reports to the Director of Operations, this role involves various responsibilities contributing to the overall success of our golf club.

Responsibilities:
Fiscal Management:
- Assist in Club Storage, Driving Range, Mini-Golf course, and RV Park operations (excluding maintenance).
- Support all aspects of the Club’s golf cart program, with cart maintenance overseen by the Superintendent.
- Assist in establishing and managing service standards for Members and Guests.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of a Member and Guest Satisfaction Program.
- Ensure the interior of the Back Shop is maintained and kept clean, including washer and dryer, club storage, and club repair areas.
- Keep the wash pad and fuel storage area clean.
- Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all Clubhouse garbage containers and dumpsters.
- Keep walkways swept and tidy.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Golf Professionals and Director of Operations to establish goals/objectives and formulate action plans for achieving them.
- Enforce all applicable provincial legislation and regulations.
- Uphold the policies and procedures outlined in the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a Health & Safety program for Members, Guests, and the Pro Shop.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Golf Professionals and Director of Operations.
