We're looking for a sharp, motivated Junior Site Administrator to join our team on a major golf course construction project at a centrally located Adelaide site. This isn't your typical office role — you'll be based on-site, right in the action, working alongside experienced project managers and construction crews.
About the Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you'll play a key role in keeping the project running smoothly through accurate data entry, administration, and coordination. This is a hands-on role — primarily office/site admin based, but you'll also be expected to assist the team on-site when required.

Key Responsibilities
Data entry and maintaining project records
Managing and updating spreadsheets (cost tracking, variations, procurement logs)
Assisting with procurement and purchase tracking
Supporting variations and project documentation
Liaising with Project Managers and site teams
General site administration and coordination
Assisting on-site when required
Strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Intermediate proficiency in Excel functions including data manipulation and analysis
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with different teams
Willing to learn and get involved on-site when needed
Reliable, proactive, and organised
Experience with GPS / Rover equipment
Previous construction or site-based experience
