About The Vines Golf Club
The Vines Golf Club is a metropolitan 18 hole championship course 25 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD. 2025 will be its 100th year and we are seeking a PGA professional that has a focus on coaching and club fitting.
The successful applicant will be required to coach a variety of lesson types from private lessons to group junior and adult classes as well as school holiday programs to the highest standards.
The role also offers opportunities to be involved in other club golf activities and events approximately 5 days per week.
It is essential that the successful applicant has availability to work weekdays and weekends, including Sundays.
Required Qualifications
You will be able to set your lesson prices. All payment collection will be complete and paid as a commission weekly.
Club run pennant sessions throughout the year paid above lesson rates.
Hours in the shop will be available to help build relationships with members. Above award rates for shop hours. Number of hours negotiated with the applicant.

Required Qualifications
- Certified PGA Professional
- Demonstrated experience in golf coaching
- The ability to plan and run golf programs in all categories
- Experience working with the latest golf technology devices and software
- Diplomacy in managing operations
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- A positive team player who supports and works well with other departments
- Commitment to ongoing development
- Passion for excellence in customer service
- Administration hours relating to golf programs, fittings and lesson follow up
- Full access to the golf course for lessons and personal play
- GM is a PGA member and has a strong golf operations focus; you will be supported.
- Freedom to make it how you see it working best.
