Are you a seasoned golf pro with a passion for taking the golfing experience to the next level? Back Creek Golf Club wants you to lead our golf operations and be the driving force behind our patrons' unforgettable moments on the course.
As the Head Golf Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day golf operations in conjunction with the Outside Services Manager, managing the golf shop, organizing tournaments and events, and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily golf operations.
- Ensure a smooth flow of play and optimal tee time management.
- Supervise and train golf staff, with focus on golf shop attendants.
- Coordinate training for outside staff with Outside Services Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all golfers.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked golf shop.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors to ensure a diverse selection of golf merchandise.
- Collaborate with the course superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to high standards.
- Assist in the development and management of the golf department budget.
- Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure financial goals are met.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with outing coordinators
- Conduct individual and group lessons for golfers of all skill levels.
- Develop and implement player development programs
- PGA Membership preferred
- Proven experience in golf operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in golf instruction with a focus on player development.
- Competitive salary + Outing and Lesson Commission
- Base up to $57,500 + 2% Outing Revenue Commission and 85% Lesson Revenue Commission
