Head Golf Professional
Belvedere Golf & Country Club – Sherwood Park, AB Celebrating 65 Years
Belvedere Golf & Country Club, a premier private club celebrating its 65th anniversary, is seeking an exceptional Head Golf Professional to lead our golf operations and deliver an outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily golf operations, pro shop, and practice facilities
• Lead, train, and mentor golf operations staff
• Plan and execute member tournaments, leagues, and special events
• Manage merchandise purchasing, sales, and inventory
• Deliver high-quality instruction, clinics, and junior programs
• Foster strong member relationships and uphold a premier service culture
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and administrative duties
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Course Superintendent on the club’s long-term strategy
Qualifications
• Class “A” PGA of Canada Professional
• 5+ years progressive golf operations experience (private club preferred)
• Proven leadership and customer service excellence
• Strong communication, organizational, and retail skills
• Passion for teaching and player development
