This is our first site, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build something genuinely new. Not just deliver lessons, but help shape what modern golf coaching looks like.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a coach who is as excited by innovation as they are by instruction. You'll be the heartbeat of the Parfore coaching experience — leading from the front with clients, but also working closely with the founders to develop our coaching curriculum, programmes, and member journey.
You'll have full access to TrackMan technology, swing analysis tools, AI-generated training plans, and video capture systems. If you've ever wanted to build something rather than just work within it, this is that role.

What You'll Get
Schedule
5–6 days per week, 40–50 hours depending on demand. Core coaching blocks morning through evening, with flexibility for planning, programme development, and events.
Location
Greenwich, London. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the area prior to starting.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and development of Parfore's coaching programmes and curriculum, from beginner pathways through to performance improvement tracks.
- Deliver high-quality, technology-enhanced coaching that drives measurable results for members.
- Build and maintain a strong coaching diary through excellent client relationships and conversion.
- Play a central role in growing a loyal, engaged member community.
- Champion day-to-day standards at the venue — professional, welcoming, and on-brand.
- Contribute to strategy sessions, product development, and future expansion planning.
Who We're Looking For
You're a coach who genuinely loves the craft, but you're also curious, forward-thinking, and energised by what technology can do for player development. You don't just want to teach golf; you want to help redefine how it's taught.
- PGA qualification desirable but not essential
- Trackman qualification desirable
- Experience delivering structured coaching programmes, not just one-off lessons
- Comfortable with or enthusiastic about coaching technology (TrackMan, video analysis, data-led instruction)
- Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive in environments where you help shape the direction
