You will manage end-to-end tour coordination, guest care, and supplier relationships to ensure every journey is seamless, personalised, and memorable. What You’ll Do
Plan, curate, and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international golf tours, from initial itinerary design through to post-travel follow up.
Manage guest bookings and documentation, including invoices, confirmations, manifests, and rooming lists, with meticulous attention to detail.
Handle day-to-day guest communications via email and phone, providing timely, professional, and warm support at every stage of their journey.
Coordinate logistics with hotels, golf courses, transport providers, and on-ground partners to ensure smooth, luxury-level operations.
Monitor tour timelines and critical deadlines, proactively resolving issues such as schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Travel domestically and internationally each year to host or oversee selected tours, support guests on the ground, and strengthen supplier relationships.
Attend compulsory in-person team collaboration meetings 1–2 times per year within Australia to plan, review, and innovate together.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our systems and support the team with hello in-box management, guest phone calls, general administration, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
Grow genuine, long-lasting relationships with colleagues, tour hosts, and partners, creating a trusted network that underpins every unforgettable tour experience.
Be the behind-the-scenes superstar for our tour hosts, providing responsive remote support during tours so they can focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
Contribute ideas to refine itineraries and develop new tour concepts that reflect current trends in luxury golf and travel.
An experienced travel professional with a proven background in the travel industry (agency, tour operations, wholesale, or similar) – this is essential.
Based in Australia, and ideally located in NSW, with the ability to work from home in a self-directed, organised, and reliable way, and to travel for tours and team gatherings when required.
Interested in golf, with an understanding of the game and the types of experiences golfers seek; a genuine passion for golf is highly regarded.
A detail-focused, highly organised operator for whom attention to detail is absolutely essential, especially when managing complex itineraries and guest requirements.
A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly with guests and suppliers and represents the brand with warmth and professionalism.
A natural connector who loves building strong relationships with colleagues, tour hosts, and partners, and thrives in a role where collaboration and trust are essential.
Tech savvy and comfortable using travel booking tools, email and calendar platforms, and other digital systems, with a willingness to learn new technology as needed.

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per annum plus super.
Monday to Friday full-time role with flexible work-from-home arrangements, designed to support healthy work–life balance while meeting the needs of a travel business.
Domestic and international travel each year to support tours and team activities (planned well in advance).
Compulsory in‑person team collaboration meetings 1–2 times per year within Australia.
Tools of trade (laptop and mobile) provided.
