Job Description:
Come join the Omni La Costa Golf Course Maintenance team! Are you ready to join a newly renovated golf course? If you enjoy being hands on and want to be part of a growing team, then we'd love to meet you!
The Spray Tech is responsible for the highest level of grounds maintenance, pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer application, equipment operating, and installation of landscape materials within the public areas of the resort.

The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 90 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Pay Rate: $18.70/hr

The Spray Tech is responsible for the highest level of grounds maintenance, pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer application, equipment operating, and installation of landscape materials within the public areas of the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain the highest level of detailed landscape maintenance, installation of landscape materials in the Public Areas of the resort, pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer application.
- Ensure that safety procedures are being followed and unsafe conditions and work practices are promptly reported.
- Report facilities issues promptly utilizing the resort system.
- Perform all reasonable duties and assignments including that of groundskeepers, and pest, herbicide, and fertilizer application.
- Report pest, weed, and nutrient problems to the grounds supervisor
- Must be able to complete all tasks under greens keeper and equipment operator titles.
- Adhere to all Standards of Conduct as outlined in the Associate Handbook.
