Key Responsibilities:
Conduct benchmark fitting and Experiential days from Wednesday – Saturday
Assist in planning and coordinating schedules with the local TaylorMade Sales Representatives
Maintain high standard of club fitting & product knowledge
Work with sales team & accounts of TM to promote Fitting events providing all assets for successful attendance
Work closely with sales team on all facets of fitting strategy & event feedback
All events are to be booked well in advance and communication maximized via TM website, MYfittingexperience application and in store POS
Willingness to travel extensively in the state & interstate
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with customers and consumers
Provide continuous feedback within the Experiential department
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist consumers by being able to recommend the correct TM product to enhance player performance
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably PGA trained or qualified
Preferably trained with use of Trackman or Foresight GC quad
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day
Industry experience or an in-depth knowledge of the golf industry is required
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office skills are essential
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have prior experience fitting with a launch monitor
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic: high comfort level engaging with customers & consumers
A Van & Fuel will be provided to execute fittings across the state
