Seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to be a team member with ExperienceGolf at CommonGround Golf Course, Aurora, CO.
Duties (to include but not limited to)
· Instruction / Coaching: (primarily junior and group coaching)
o Operation36 Junior Group Programs
o Outreach Programs
o PGA Junior League
o Adult Group Programs
o Private and Semi-Private Lessons
· Daily Set-up and Clean-up of Instruction areas
· Returning phone and email inquiries
· Develop Promotional Material
· Social Media updates
· Use of technology and teaching aids
· Equipment upkeep and organization
· Attend team meetings
· Attend minimum of one education seminar per year
· Majority of work is April 1st – Oct 31st (Full Time Seasonal)
Compensation Based on Experience:
· Percent of Private Instruction
· Hourly rate for Adult, Junior and Outreach Programs
· Potential Year End Bonus based on performance
Qualifications:
· Minimum LPGA/PGA Apprentice / Class B or equivalent
