Nicklaus North Golf Course is open from early May to mid-October. The Cabin, Nicklaus North Golf Academy’s state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor facility includes two bays and is open year-round. The Teaching Professional will be a dynamic constant learner with a background in golf instruction and club fitting.

The Teaching Professional will be a dynamic constant learner with a background in golf instruction and club fitting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with our Members and Guests in an authentic charismatic way.
- Suggest and fulfill club fitting requests as a key driver for game improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with the Golf Shop Team to seamlessly deliver experiences.
- Minimum two years of golf instruction - group, individual, junior, and adult.
- Passion for golf instruction and club fitting.
- Exceptional guest service; goes above and beyond naturally. Fantastic ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Friendly and outgoing. Contributes to a cohesive team environment.
- Experience with Trackman and technology is an asset.
- Member in good standing with a PGA association preferred, but not required.

- Monthly salary of $4,000 to $4,500 for instruction of core programs, plus commission on club fitting and a la carte instruction.
- Employment May – October, with the opportunity for year-round employment.
- Playing privileges in accordance with Nicklaus North club policies.
