We are looking to add a Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent to our team. We are looking to add a Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent to our team. Essential Functions:
- Supervises golf course maintenance personnel & directs activities involved in maintenance, renovation, and construction of golf course
- Oversees golf course grounds & its facilities
- Oversees daily operation of golf course maintenance
- Supervises preventative maintenance program
- Administers business functions necessary for golf course maintenance operations; develops maintenance budget and prioritize needs
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
- Previous related experience; 2 years’ experience in multi-courses golf club or golf community
- Hands-on Golf Course Maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- A college degree in Agronomy or Turf Management a plus but not required
