Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that our store operates efficiently while providing an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales to meet our business objectives.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve customer interaction skills
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Golf knowledge is required
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, inventory control, and sales report
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results.
• A passion for selling products while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
