Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and improve customer interaction skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Golf knowledge is required
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, inventory control, and sales report
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
