Gosnells Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join its golf operations team. The successful candidate will be prepared to commit to ongoing improvement, excellence and to assist the golf services team in our daily golfing operations and retail shop.
The successful candidate will report to the Golf Operations Manager and will assist with the ongoing development of the golf services operation within a supportive and driven team.
Gosnells G.C is located in Canning Vale 20min from Perth CBD. With over 800 golf members and a solid amount of social play, the club is highly regarded for golf, functions, clubhouse and social activities.
Who you are:
If you are the successful candidate, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-
• Opening and closing duties related to the golf shop and clubhouse, in strict compliance with club procedures
• Maintaining knowledge of upcoming golfing fixtures and services to provide accurate information to members and visitors.
• Sound knowledge of Club systems (MiClub, Swiftpos, MiMembership) and support Golf Operations Manager with event administration
• Daily administration of competitions, timesheets and results
• Stocking and cleaning the shop floor facilities daily
• Performing outside duties as required, such as assisting with the cart fleet and driving range.
• Range and buggy room duties.
• Other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations Manager.

- You must have a strong interest in and understanding of golf
- You are a people-friendly person and understand customer service
- Strong communicator
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Flexibility to work all days of the week/manage your own time in the week
