We are looking for
A Golf Shop Associate who is committed to providing a great customer service experience to our guests.
Compensation
This seasonal, full-time position reports to the Head Professional and will receive competitive compensation including:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop. This includes:
· Assist the Head Professional with inventory entry and controls
· Greet customers with a positive and encouraging attitude
· Provide leadership in the golf shop
· Supervise the guest services and ambassador teams
· Golf shop sales
· Assist with the preparation and execution of tournaments and events
· Assist with the development and execution of our leagues
· Promote the Black Mountain Golf Club as Kelowna’s best and friendliest golf course

About You
- You have 2 years experience working in a fast paced environment
- You have experience handling cash, managing inventory and product loss systems
- You have computer experience and the ability to learn new systems with ease
- You have retail operations experience
- You possess ambition and strong leadership skills
- Tournament and event management experience
- You have experience managing staff
- PGA of Canada member in good standing would be considered an asset
- Golf experience will be considered an asset.
