RECRUITZ AUSTRALIAThis role is ideal for a PGA Professional who is passionate about coaching, junior development, and delivering high-quality golf programs aligned with best-practice coaching frameworks.BenefitsA full-time position at one of Australia’s most respected golf clubs.Competitive salary package of $75,000–$80,000 + superannuation.Access to high-quality facilities and structured development programs.A supportive professional environment with opportunities for ongoing PGA development and career progression.Task & responsibilitiesPlan, deliver, and evaluate structured junior golf development programs in line with recognised coaching principles, long-term athlete development (LTAD) models, and PGA Australia guidelines.Provide individual and group coaching instruction using sound teaching methodologies, technical analysis, and appropriate feedback to support skill acquisition and performance improvement.Identify and support player development pathways, assisting junior golfers to progress from introductory programs through to competitive and representative levels.Apply coaching best practice, including session planning, goal setting, skill assessment, and performance review.Assist in the delivery of club coaching services, clinics, and participation programs that enhance member engagement and retention.Support the organisation and delivery of golf events, clinics, and development initiatives, ensuring professional presentation and member satisfaction.Maintain accurate program records, attendance data, and player development information to support continuous improvement.Contribute to golf operations and professional shop services, including customer service, bookings, merchandising support, and member enquiries.Uphold professional standards, including child safeguarding obligations, risk management, WHS, and compliance with club and PGA Australia policies.Work collaboratively with the Director of Golf, coaching team, club management, and volunteers to support the club’s strategic objectives.Qualification & experienceRelevant qualifications in golf coaching, sport development, or a related discipline.At least 1–2 years’ experience in golf coaching, junior development, or golf services within a club environment.Demonstrated understanding of coaching methodologies, player development frameworks, and session planning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working with juniors, parents, and members.Professional presentation and a strong commitment to ethical conduct and continuous professional development.Sound organisational and administrative skills including attention to detail.Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and school holiday periods as required.About CompanyKingston Heath Golf Club is one of Australia’s premier private golf clubs, recognised for excellence in course presentation, member services, and player development.
