The Golf Services position is a dynamic role that blends both inside and outside operations. Team members support day-to-day golf activities, manage tee times, assist with tournaments and special events, and ensure the golf experience flows smoothly for all members and guests. Duties
Inside Services
- Greet members and guests warmly while maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Process transactions accurately, including member account charges and occasional cash handling.
- Operate the register and sell age-restricted products; must be 21+ to work behind the counter due to alcohol sales.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays; monitor stock and restock as needed.
- Assist the Head Golf Professional with merchandising strategies and presentation improvements.
- Uphold all clubhouse service standards, ensuring a consistent and elevated member experience.
- Provide exceptional greeting services & escort members and guests upon arrival.
- Load and unload golf bags, ensuring proper cart setup and accurate placement.
- Maintain organization during high-traffic periods and execute tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Ensure carts are staged, cleaned, and prepared with attention to detail.
- Operate the range picker safely; must possess a Valid Driver's License.
- Stock, clean, and maintain the practice facility, including rotation and replenishment of golf balls.
- Welcome players finishing on the 18th hole, offering club cleaning and personalized engagement regarding their round.
- Utilize golf operations software, including tee sheet and tournament management platforms, in daily tasks.
- Support special events and tournaments with setup, coordination, and member service responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests of all ages
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in an energetic team environment
- 18+ Age or older
