Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Service Attendant to work in our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Greet and assist customers in the golf shop, providing information about the course and services.
• 
  Handle retail sales, including processing transactions and managing inventory.
• 
  Schedule tee times and manage bookings efficiently.
• 
  Serve coffee and alcoholic beverages to patrons, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. The successful candidate will be required to obtain an QLD RSA
• 
  Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the golf shop and surrounding areas.
• 
  Assist with the coordination of golf events as needed.

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous experience in a customer service or retail role.
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
• 
  Basic computer skills
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• 
  Reliable transportation to and from the golf course.
• 
  A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required. If you do not currently hold an RSA, you must be willing to obtain one.
