**Job Title: Mobile Golf Gripping Sales Representative**
**Overview:**
As a Mobile Golf Gripping Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for promoting and selling golf grips while offering on-site regripping services for clubs. This role requires enthusiasm for golf, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Promotion:**
- Drive sales by promoting the benefits of our grips to golfers at various courses, driving ranges, and golf-related events.
- Educate customers on the importance of properly fitted and maintained grips for enhancing their game.
2. **On-Site Regripping Services:**
- Travel to golf courses, clubs, and events equipped with tools and supplies to offer regripping services.
- Remove old grips and expertly install new grips according to customer preferences and club specifications.
3. **Customer Relations:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Address inquiries, provide guidance, and offer recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. **Inventory Management:**
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for grips and related supplies as needed.
- Keep accurate records of sales, services provided, and inventory transactions.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve our product offerings.
**Requirements:**
- Passion for golf with a basic understanding of golf equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform meticulous regripping services.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
