**Job Title:** Golf Receptionist
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Type correspondence and reports as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
