ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Receive and inspection of golf equipment
- Receive incoming shipments of customer orders and demo clubs
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of received golf equipment
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages promptly
- Maintain and organize and accurate inventory of custom golf equipment components and finished products
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house and retail shop
- Package orders securely and ensure proper labelling for accurate shipment
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments
- Identify and address any issues related to product quality or customization errors.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries related to order status and shipping information.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming client-focused environment, which includes offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
