Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff
- Monitor and enforce facility rules and regulations
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Inventory of beverages
Qualifications:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
