As a Golf Professional at North Adelaide Golf Course, you’ll have the unique opportunity to establish and grow your own business at one of Australia’s premier public golfing facilities, right in the heart of metropolitan Adelaide.

The City of Adelaide is inviting applications from dedicated, passionate, and qualified Golf Professionals to help drive the continued growth of our courses and promote greater participation in golf.
Our course already boasts robust MyGolf and Women’s Group coaching programs, and we’re proud of our strong base of female and junior players.
Additionally, our public players and Season Pass Holders reflect a broad ethnic and socio-economic diversity, enriching our golfing community.

North Adelaide Golf Course, operated by the City of Adelaide, provides one of Australia’s leading public facilities. Nestled within the picturesque Adelaide Parklands, just steps from the CBD, the North Adelaide Golf Course spans 82 hectares and features three 18-hole courses : the North, South, and Par 3.

About You
Our ideal applicant would demonstrate their passion to increasing and broadening participation in golf and have :
- A PGA accreditation
- The ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Demonstrated experience engaging with individuals of all golfing abilities
- The commitment to supporting and retaining junior and female participation
- Previous experience in the provision of golf coaching services.
- Public Liability Insurance
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current ABN

- Developing 2 holes as a dedicated coaching area
- Ongoing support to build a profitable and sustainable client base with lead generation
- Ongoing improvements on and off course
- All day freeparking
- Detailed background on experience in developing and running Golf Professional business.
- Proposed :
- per hour fee for conducting of Group Program Clinics.
of profits made from sales by Coach of agreed Pro Shop items to go to the coach.
- Minimum number of group coaching clinics proposed to be conducted quarterly.
- Minimum number of non-group program lessons to be conducted monthly.
- Other assistance you may be interested in providing (i.e. assistance in short presentations at Member functions, building season pass numbers, contribution / participation in charity days etc.)
- Note we will consider any alterative options in terms of how payment / percentages will be calculated and paid as well as options for equipment provision and use.
