Scope and Purpose:
This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to our guests and does everything required to make their experience exceptional.
Essential Functions:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Constant standing, walking, reaching, grasping, seeing, hearing, talking. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing/pulling/lifting in excess of 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
Work environment is typical of a golf cart on an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions. Inventory storage areas may be dusty. Office work performed in air-conditioned and heated buildings.

Scope and Purpose:
This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to our guests and does everything required to make their experience exceptional.
Essential Functions:
- Registering golfers for tee times and welcoming them to the golf club.
- Managing golf operations when required.
- Merchandising and selling of JDM Golf merchandise.
- Assist with stocking merchandise, ring sales transactions using POS system, answering telephones, reserving tee times, checking in guests who are playing golf, and answering guests’ questions about the golf course and the resort.
- Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills
- General golf knowledge
- Must demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skills
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with manual transmission
- Must be able to perform professionally in a high volume, high profile, demanding environment

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate
- Completion of P.G.A. Players Ability Test
- Entry into P.G.A. program
- Minimum of one year experience in a golf club atmosphere
- Prior management experience preferred
- All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance suitable for public golf courses (specific standards available).
