Roles and Responsibilities
First-Class Instruction
- Deliver engaging individual and semi-private lessons to guests of all skill levels (from juniors to experienced players)
- Customize each session using swing-analysis technology, modern teaching aids, and instructional theories
- Maintain and manage a personal coaching diary, handling lesson scheduling and tracking progress
- Walk the Tee Line during peak hours to assist players and promote lessons when appropriate
- Help grow the golf services platform through targeted marketing, outreach programs, and on-site promotions
- Assist in organizing and executing leagues, tournaments, summer camps (e.g., Topgolf Academy), and player development programs
- Collaborate with the Events team to host lessons and demonstrations at special events
- Provide on-course coaching, game explanations, and support during events
- Assist with basic club repairs and maintenance of golf equipment
- Support the Senior Academy Leadership with league setups, sales strategies, and program marketing
- Represent the Academy on various internal committees (e.g., Staff Engagement, Green Theme, Sport Initiatives)
- Uphold and demonstrate the Club’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Service Standards in every interaction
