· Help develop/improve existing golf programs.
· Conduct golf instruction in the junior program and Mighty-Mites.
· Conduct private and semi-private golf instruction for beginning golfers.
· Conduct group golf instruction for beginning golfers.
· Conduct golf clinics.
· Help compose weekly email newsletter for marketing products and services.
· Learn to use the latest technology in email marketing/website development software to compose the weekly newsletter and keep the website up-to-date.
· Help with social media updating; Facebook, Twitter, texts, etc.
· Help develop marketing strategies and promotions.
· Assist with sales, utilizing knowledge of products.
· Conduct product knowledge seminars for golf shop staff.
· Assist in the organization and execution of promotions, assisting in the publishing of brochures, literature and newspaper advertisements.
· Greet guests as they enter clubhouse and assist clubhouse staff when needed.
· Assist in the training and supervision of staff members who are responsible for golf cart rental, cart/bag rentals, clubhouse inside sales, player assistant, starter, and outside sales person.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
