*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable, professional, and attentive Security Officer to patrol a residential community using a golf cart and conduct parking enforcement. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring community activity, enforcing parking rules, and helping ensure a safe and orderly environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate must be dependable, punctual, and willing to actively patrol the property throughout the assigned shift, using a golf cart and conducting foot patrols when necessary. *We are looking for: * * *Golf Cart Patrol:* Thursday to Saturday from 6pm to 1am and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm *Areas: Boca Raton FL, 33433* *Duties* * Conduct routine golf cart patrols throughout the residential community. * Monitor parking areas for unauthorized vehicles, parking violations, and vehicles parked in restricted or designated spaces. * Enforce community parking rules and regulations in accordance with site policies and post orders. * Document parking violations by recording vehicle information, taking photographs when authorized, and completing required reports. * Monitor residential buildings, common areas, entrances, exits, and parking facilities for suspicious activity or safety concerns. * Respond promptly to resident concerns, security incidents, and calls for assistance. * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with residents, visitors, and property management. * Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and parking enforcement records accurately. * Follow all site procedures, supervisor instructions, and established security protocols. * Remain alert and actively engaged throughout the entire shift. *Skills* * Strong observational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * *You must have a valid Class D License;* * *You must have a valid Driver's License.* * Must be able to read, write and understand English * You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check * You must be able to pass a drug screen * You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility) *How to apply:* 1) Visit our website: and fill out your application. 2) INTERVIEWS: · Interviews are scheduled by the Recruiter(We also accept Walk Ins) · We are located at 1100 NW 72th, Miami, FL, 33126 · DRESS ATTIRE IS BUSINESS CASUAL ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE THE HIRING PROCESS AT OUR OFFICE *Join us in making a difference by ensuring safety and security within our community!* Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 26.0 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Experience: * concierge : 2 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Required) * English (Required) Work Location: In person
