Duties
- Monitor the golf course to ensure safety protocols are followed by players and visitors
- Assist guests with course navigation, answer questions, and provide directions to enhance their experience
- Enforce rules of play and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and tact
- Manage guest flow during tournaments or special events, coordinating with event staff as needed
- Support guests by addressing concerns, providing information about amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Conduct safety inspections, respond to emergencies such as injuries or incidents, and communicate with emergency responders when necessary
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in conflict management to handle disputes or unruly behavior effectively
- Knowledge of events management to assist during tournaments, outings, or special occasions
- Ability to work well with children and families to create a welcoming environment for all ages
- Public speaking skills to communicate rules clearly and confidently to diverse groups
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
