Naples Grande Golf Club is a highly acclaimed, Rees Jones-designed private course located a short drive from downtown Naples. Renowned golf architect Rees Jones designed a par 72 championship course that proves both interesting and challenging. Each hole at this demanding course promises an exhilarating new experience. With extraordinary elevations and unique water features expertly incorporating the indigenous Florida foliage, this course offers stunning fairways for year-round play for Premier Club members and guests of Naples Grande Beach Resort. In the fall of 2022, South Street Partners acquired Naples Grande Golf Club & Naples Grande Beach Resort from Northwood Investors, and adds Naples Grande into its exciting portfolio, including Palmetto Bluffs and The Cliffs.
We are looking for multiple outside team members to join our team, starting as early as ASAP and others in December. We are looking for full-time, part-time and seasonal staff members.
The Outside Operations Team at Naples Grande is responsible for day to day duties to include: providing world-class service to members and guests, golf cart fleet management, practice facility duties, bag storage, club cleaning and other facets of the golf operation.
Pay: $12.00 per hour

- Provide exceptional customer service skills with all members and guests.
- Assist with bag handling upon member/guest arrival and departure.
- Greet and direct all members/guests.
- Ensure proper set-up of The Practice Facility & Short Game Area throughout the day, and maintain its appearance.
- Keep and maintain the bag room.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
