Position Concept: The Outside Services team is responsible for properly managing the golf cart fleet, bag storage, manning both bag drops, all practice facility areas and the cleanliness of those areas. The Outside Services team will greet all members and guests with a smile and provide unparalleled customer service. All team members will be high energy and interact with all members and guests.

The Outside Services team will greet all members and guests with a smile and provide unparalleled customer service. All team members will be high energy and interact with all members and guests.
Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:
- Arrive on-time or before shift begins
- Always be visible
- Properly clean and stock carts after each use
- Rinse floorboard
- Rinse cubbies
- Fill sand bottles
- Stock cards, pencil and tees
- Add water to club washer
- Properly stage carts and keep enough stock throughout the day
- Range duty
- Range setup in morning
- Stocking range with balls
- Picking range in ball cart or hand picking
- Washing golf balls after each pick
- Update range yardage sign
- Stock range box with tees
- Keep the short game area clean
- Shag balls
- Pick up green baskets
- Clean balls weekly
- Returning push carts to the proper slot
- Manage a bag room of 250+ bags, return bags to the proper slot
- Pull members’ bags an hour before their tee time
- Clean members’ and guests’ clubs so they are free of any dirt after their round
- Understand the Club’s rules, policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the tournament schedule and any upcoming events
- Assure the golf cart wash area is well maintained and free of any trash throughout the day
- Help train new staff
- Provide a first-class experience
- Strong communication skills with co-workers and Golf Shop staff
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
