JOB PURPOSE: To ensure that a high level of service is offered to our guests and do all required to make their experience a pleasant one resulting in guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf cars
• Cleaning and detailing golf cars, building, and cart storage area
• Checking water levels in batteries of golf cars assigned to them
• Staging of golf cars
• Cleaning guest's clubs both before and after the round
• Assist in the maintaining of the practice facility
• Maintenance of the rental club inventory and overnight bag storage
• May be called upon to Marshall on the golf course
• May be called upon to be a First Tee Greeter
• May be called upon to work on the Practice Tee
• Will be called upon to take items to and retrieve items from shipping
• Will be called upon for assistance in setting up large group events
• Will be called upon to carry large and heavy items from time to time
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Good verbal communication skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior golf operation experience or customer service related experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Standing/Walking/Bending, 100%
• Pushing/Pulling up to 50+lbs
• Lifting/Carrying up to 50+lbs
