The Club at North Halton - Outside Services
Come be a part of a great community at North Halton. We have exciting new positions available in our Outside Services Department! We are looking for outgoing individuals to provide outstanding Customer Service to our Members and Guests alike. These positions include Greeter, Starter and Back Shop.
North Halton Employees enjoy free golfing privileges, half priced food from our amazing menu,_ and staff discounts on retail items_. Come work outdoors this season with our amazing North Halton team!
Greeter:
· You will be instrumental in making first impressions and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Members and their Guests.
· You will assist Golfers with their golf bags and set them up on their desired mode of transportation for their round.
· By keeping a tidy staging area while working with other members of our Outside Services team, you will make the Member’s experience a consistent one each day.
Starter:
· You will be responsible for ensuring the Golfers are teeing off on time and in an organized fashion by utilizing our tee sheet system.
· You will also be responsible for enforcing our code of conduct and dress code policy.
· The Starter is a friendly face that Members will come to know over the season. We want all of our Members to start their round on a positive note, you will help achieve this every day as you work closely with our Outside Services Team.
Back Shop:
· You will be a huge part of our Customer Services role here at North Halton.
· You will be in constant communication with The Greeter, Starter, and Pro Shop to ensure all Member’s experience a consistent atmosphere each visit.
· You will stage golf bags on Golf Carts, Push Carts and Motor Caddies.
· Back Shop is responsible for club cleaning services as well as storing any Member equipment such as their golf bag and motor caddies.
· You are responsible for keeping the Practice Facilities clean and washing any practice golf balls as part of a daily routine.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
