Surrounded by sweeping views of some of the most scenic backdrops BC has to offer, Golden Eagle Golf Club is home to 36 holes of golf. We are currently seeking to hire both full and part-time seasonal staff for the 2024 season.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Position: Seasonal Labourer / Operator
Facility: Golden Eagle Golf Club located in Pitt Meadows, BC.
Surrounded by sweeping views of some of the most scenic backdrops BC has to offer, Golden Eagle Golf Club is home to 36 holes of golf. We are currently seeking to hire both full and part-time seasonal staff for the 2024 season.
Overview:
- Introductory position depending on experience
- Reports to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents
- Ensures the esthetic appearance of the Golf Course and property
- Both full and part-time positions available (20-40 hours per week)
Performs daily assigned tasks including but not limited to:
- Daily set up of the golf course including; pin placement, tee set up and traffic control
- Use of small equipment including utility vehicles, grass trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand tools
- Maintenance to bunkers including raking, grass trimming and weed removal
- Grass trimming around trees, pond banks and fixtures
- Maintain all playing surfaces including; greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers
- Maintenance of ponds, cart paths, bridges, trees and brush removal
- Hand-watering
- Required to work on a shift basis, including one weekend day and holidays
- Positive attitude in a fast paced environment
- Ability to perform strenuous tasks and occasional heavy lifting
- Early shift times starting at 5:00 am May through August
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Valid drivers licence
