The Grange Golf Club is seeking Golf Operations staff to join our team. The Club now manages all Golf Professional Services and you will have the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished Golf Shop. This is a terrific opportunity to help shape the Club’s future.

Founded in 1926, The Grange Golf Club is one of Australia’s premier golf clubs with two internationally rated 18-hole championship golf courses, both ranked in the top 50 golf courses in Australia and an award-winning hospitality venue. The Club is thriving with 110,000 rounds of golf played annually and a growing waitlist for membership.

The Club is home to LIV Golf Adelaide and preparations are underway for the 2025 event to be held in mid-February. Both previous events were named the World’s Best Golf Event of the Year. Over 90,000 attendees are expected to attend in 2025.

The Grange Golf Club offers an attractive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities of the role –

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors who visit, call and email the Golf Shop
  • Assist with member and visitor enquiries in relation to golf bookings, timesheet management, coaching services, equipment and retail enquiries, and Club events
  • Provide an exceptional retail experience to our members and guests, contributing to retail sales and offer expert advice on equipment repairs
  • Provide exceptional club fitting services to our members and guests, contributing to retail sales and offer expert advice on equipment
  • Ensure lesson revenue is processed and redeemed in the POS system at the end of each lesson or day
  • Assist the Director of Golf with necessary administrative set-up and preparation for Club events from time to time
  • Submit reports/reconciliations to relevant departments as required
  • Assist with all golf course directives and club regulations
  • Assist in managing the Club Junior coaching program

  • A commitment to continual improvement
  • Membership of the PGA is preferred
  • Private member club experience preferred
