About the Role
As the Golf Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day golfing experience. You will lead golf operations staff & support players needs with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for resort residents and public players alike.
This is a full time permanent position, working a Wednesday to Sunday roster & available for an immediate start.

About the Role
As the Golf Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day golfing experience. You will lead golf operations staff & support players needs with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for resort residents and public players alike.
This is a full time permanent position, working a Wednesday to Sunday roster & available for an immediate start.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
Supervise, train and mentor Golf Operations staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Oversee tee sheet management and assist with checking in golfers.
Monitor pace of play and assist with on-course operations as needed.
Maintain a high level of guest service by addressing issues, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Oversee cart fleet usage, maintenance, cleanliness, and staging.
Assist with event and tournament setup and execution.
Enforce facility rules and ensure safety procedures are followed
Coordinate with the grounds crew and golf course maintenance for any course conditions affecting play
Perform light administrative duties including answering phone & email enquiries, shift reports, incident logs, end of day takings/reconciliation report and communication with management.
Assist with co-ordination of sales promotions and activities.
Stock management, including record keeping, order requisitions and monthly stocktake and reconciliation
3-5 years of experience in golf operations or hospitality, including some supervisory experience;
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette strongly preferred.
Experience with POS & golf management software
Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;
Current C Class drivers licence essential.
