Key Responsibilities:
As a Golf Operations Operative, your role will encompass a range of tasks critical to the smooth functioning of our golf operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the golf facility, including equipment maintenance, driving range setup, and overall course presentation.
- Ensuring the efficient flow of players on the golf course and managing tee time bookings.
- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
- Collaborating with the Pro Shop team to coordinate golf events, tournaments, and other golf-related activities.
- Managing golf cart fleet, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Enforcing golf course policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the golf facility.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in the golf industry, with a strong understanding of golf operations.
- Knowledge of golf course etiquette, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Basic salary QAR 3000 - 4000 depending on skills and experience
