The Golf Operations Manager will work closely with the Head Professional to deliver an excellent service experience to our members and visitors.
We want to work with the right candidate to determine the employment structure as there is the opportunity for either part-time or full-time employment with unlimited coaching opportunities.

Essential:
- Must be a fully qualified PGA professional to apply or 3rd year associate.
- A hands-on, can-do approach working well in a team environment.
- Golf knowledge and retail sales experience.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of MiClub Golf Management Software & BePoz Systems is beneficial.
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly and personable.
- Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at the pro shop and golfing facility.
- Assist in overseeing and adhering to the pro shop operations, policies and procedures.
- Assist in overseeing and managing retail for the proshop.
- Managing pro shop staff.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Strives to improve service performance.
- Administering member competitions, timesheet bookings, handicap queries etc.
- Tee management and player supervision / education on the golf course.
- Golf Club repairs.
- Stocktake.
- Collection of green and competition fees.
