Position: Golf Operations Manager
Location: Lake Bluff Golf Club
GolfVisions, a Mundelein, Illinois based golf management and consulting business is seeking a qualified individual to fill this position at Lake Bluff Golf Club. Position available is Golf Operations Manager. Experience in all facets of the golf management business is desired, but not required.
Candidates must possess knowledge and expertise in all the following areas:
Point-Of-Sale – GolfNow Reservations
Staffing – Interviewing, Hiring, Training, Scheduling, and Disciplinary Processes
Merchandise Ordering
Process and People Management
Inventory Control and Documentation
Daily Close-Outs and Reconciliation
Food & Beverage Operation Management
Outing and Event Management Experience
Teaching and Lesson Experience
Miscellaneous Activities
GolfVisions is seeking experienced and hands-on candidates with excellent leadership qualities and a strong work ethic. Both written and verbal communication skills are a must. Role reports to a multi-facility Executive Vice President of GolfVisions and other support staff. Daily communication with and reporting to oversight staff is a requirement. Role requires employee to fill scheduled hours as well as spend time assisting in the management of the facility. Employee will be expected to interact and actively work at the facility. Position carries responsibility for both Golf Operations and Food & Beverage activities. Pay is commensurate with experience and skill level.
Pay: Seasonal-salary commensurate with experience.
