Joondalup Resort’s award winning 27-hole championship golf course, practice facilities and Golf Academy is open to the public 7 days a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Golf Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Pro Shop, Cart Room, and golf booking system. The Golf Operations Manager is responsible for the continued evolution and delivery of golf service standards.
This is a full- time salaried management position.
ABOUT YOU
The experienced candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar management position in the Golf Industry.

- PGA certified
- Proven experience in purchasing system, stock control and bookkeeping
- String skills in golf booking system and point of sales system
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Possess a thorough, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong management skills
- immaculate grooming and professional image
- critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- strong organisational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- meticulous attention to detail
- an outgoing, vibrant personality with drive and enthusiasm
