Meadow Springs is seeking a Golf Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our golf facilities and ensure outstanding service for members and guests.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
Manage daily golf operations, including Pro Shop, Cart Room, Driving Range, and bookings.
Oversee corporate golf events and ensure high service standards.
Assist with financial administration, inventory control, and accurate reporting.
Maintain health and safety compliance and operational procedures.
Lead and train the Pro Shop and Cart Room team, including rostering and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in purchasing systems, stock control, and bookkeeping.
Strong knowledge of golf booking and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Advanced supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
A proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.
