About the Role
Reporting to the Sports & Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our golf operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and elevating the member experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations of the Sports Shop in line with Club standards
Delivering outstanding service that reflects our values
Maintaining pristine presentation and cleanliness of the Sports Shop
Managing retail, merchandising, and inventory control
Coordinating competitions and timesheets across all sporting facilities
Developing and refining operational manuals and SOPs
Handling financial forecasting, rostering, and expense management
Scheduling preventative maintenance and managing shop upkeep
Leading and developing Sports Shop staff through effective HR practices
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who brings:
Strong knowledge of golf competitions and administration
A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, punctuality, and top-tier organisational skills
Professional presentation and conduct
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
